Morello Forni PG Gas Oven

This gas oven is a direct result of the construction and conception of wood fired ovens. It has the same operating concept with the same user mode. Thanks to the dome gas burner placed inside the baking room, it operates by simulating the fire of wood. It bakes like using a wood fired oven but it is easier and cleaner than a wood fired oven.

Usually the gas burner is positioned on the left side, on request it is possible to place it on the right side; only the LP180 is equipped with two gas burners, one on the left and one on the right side.

The Dome Burner can be adjusted in two ways:

• It can be modulated as flame intensity from minimum to maximum in a continuous way (minimum flame10 centimetres - maximum flame 40-50 centimetres). The flame modulator control knob is available to the User on the front controls panel.
• The maximum dome temperature can be programmed on the single display thermostat and it controls the operating dome burner.

Thanks to its intuitive control system, it is very easy to be used. This oven is ready to be operated in a few minutes by any professional User. These ovens offer an ideal blend of efficiency and durability required in commercial cooking environments. This oven allows good production quality over a long period of time with minimum investment. The greater insulation bedplate system ensures good and constant performance. This range is prearranged to be easily converted to wood operating ovens as for the LP range. Furthermore, if this oven has been installed and connected to an efficient solid fuel chimney it can also be used as a wood fired oven as an alternative to gas fired ovens. Available in six internal diameter sizes. It is also available with Cupola Finishing.
